Keeping You Safe During COVID-19

Keeping you safe with happy, healthy smiles.

We recognise the uncertainty that coronavirus COVID-19 is causing globally, so we want to take a moment to let you know what we’re doing to keep you safe while still providing you exceptional dental care.

As per COVID-19 Public Health Response, health workers and patients within a health service are no longer required to wear a mask. However, if you would like to continue to wear a mask while visiting us you are welcome to do so, we will also have masks available to you.

Keeping you safe during COVID-19

Dentistry may be changing, but one thing that won’t is our commitment to the health and safety of our patients and our teams. We have always maintained a high level of best-practice safety protocols, even before COVID-19.

We will continue to schedule appointments appropriately and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and meet the Infection Control & Prevention Standards, as guided by the Dental Council of New Zealand (DCNZ). As your good health guardians, we’ve got you covered.

Screening patients before appointments

To help keep everyone safe, we may still ask you a series of screening questions before your appointment. Please consider the questions below before visiting us:

  1. Do you or any member of your household have COVID-19 or are you waiting for a COVID-19 PCR test result? (not a routine surveillance test result)
  2. Are you required to self-isolate (including arrival from overseas)?
  3. Do you have ANY of the following symptoms now, or in the last 14 days?
    • Fever, acute cough or shortness of breath
    • Muscle aches, loss of smell, sore throat
    • Generally feeling unwell with no other likely diagnosis
  4. Do you have any other reason to think that you are at risk of having COVID-19?

If you answered yes to any of the questions above, we would like to discuss your options with you.

We do appreciate your support and understanding as we unite with you against COVID-19.
